{"created":"2023-05-15T14:46:29.162280+00:00","id":1439,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"0923faf3-717e-4171-b301-879d440a99ef"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"1439","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1439"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:rekihaku.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001439","sets":["21:157"]},"author_link":["3589","3590"],"control_number":"1439","item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2006-03-25","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"50","bibliographicPageStart":"25","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"131","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"国立歴史民俗博物館研究報告","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the National Museum of Japanese History","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"二〇〇六年七〜九月に予定されている「佐倉連隊とその時代」展では、確実な史料に基づいた実証的な基礎データが第一に求められる。満州事変以降、一九四五年の敗戦迄は各種の文献があり、その根拠となる史料も豊富であるが、特に日清戦前期においては、一九八八年に旧軍関係者によって編纂された『水戸第二連隊史』しか、通史を知る手掛かりがなく、あらためて、第一次史料（特に「陸軍省日誌」）をふまえた通史の確認が必要となっている。また併せて、昭和期徴兵・在郷軍人会・予備役後備役全体を統轄していた佐倉（千葉）連隊区司令部が、佐倉連隊形成の中で、如何に組織されていったのかを明かにする必要がある。\n右のような緊要な課題に関し、本論文では次の三点を明確にした。\n第一、明治六年の徴兵令施行より、明治十七年六月、三ヶ大隊が佐倉兵営に結集するまでの具体的過程を解明した。第二連隊の形成には、明治七年の台湾出兵と明治十年の西南戦争、そして明治十五年から十六年にかけての海外派兵を目的とした軍拡政策が直接に影響していることを明らかにした。また、明治七年八月に臨時徴集された嘉永二・三・四年生まれの徴集兵が翌年には後備兵となり、明治十年には実際に西南戦争に出兵していること、明治十七年の第二大隊の宇都宮から佐倉への移転は、日本全体の軍拡の動向の中でおきた事態であることを実証した。\n第二、徴兵軍隊の形成は、軍隊訓練の場の形成と連動していることを押さえた上で、第一大隊、第三大隊、連隊本部の建物の落成時点及び射的場の造成と旧士族居宅の強制撤去の相関関係を明確にした。\n第三、当初、各町村の戸長・戸長役場の協力体制のもとで徴集業務を遂行しようとしていたが、明治十一・十二年に当初構想が破綻し、当初想定されていなかった後備軍統轄機関が徴兵事務に関与しはじめ、明治二十年代に、連隊区司令部として組織的に完成する事実を佐倉連隊形成に即して明らかにした。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Empirical basic data based on authentic historical sources are of primary importance for the exhibition “The Sakura Regiment in Wartime Japan” scheduled for July and August 2006. Since various types of materials exist covering the time from the Manchurian Incident through to Japan's defeat in 1945, there is an abundance of historical sources that form a basis for such data. However, with regard to the period before the Sino-Japanese War of 1894-95, among the histories of that time it is only the “History of the Second Mito Regiment” edited by a former military personnel in 1988 that provides some clues about the Sakura Regiment. Consequently, it is necessary to once again verify this history using primary sources, especially “Ministry of War Logbooks.” There is also a need to explain how, while the Sakura Regiment was being formed, the Sakura (Chiba) Regiment Headquarters controlled conscripted soldiers, local veterans' associations and reserves during the Showa period.\nThis paper clarifies the following three points concerning the critical issues outlined above. First, it elucidates the actual process of the assembly of the three battalions at the Sakura barracks in June 1884 as a result of national conscription that had been introduced in 1873. It demonstrates the direct impact that the dispatch of soldiers to Taiwan in 1874, the Seinan War of 1877 and policies for military expansion with the objective of the overseas deployment of troops in 1882 and 1883 had on the formation of the Second Regiment. It also demonstrates that soldiers born in 1849 through 1851 who were provisionally conscripted in August 1874 became conscripts the following year and were sent to the Seinan War in 1877. In addition, this paper shows that the transfer of the Second Battalion from Utsunomiya to Sakura in 1884 occurred at a time of military expansion throughout the country.\nSecond, with regard to constraints on the formation of conscripted regiments associated with the creation of sites for regimental training, this paper brings to light the correlation between the time of completion of buildings for the First Battalion, Third Battalion and regimental headquarters and the creation of a shooting range and the mandatory removal of the houses of former warriors.\nThird, in the beginning conscription was carried out with the cooperation of village and town officials and offices. However, in 1878 and 1879 an initial plan was broken down and a conscription control organization, which had not originally been envisioned, began to make a contribution.
