I will examine illustrations of Kawata-mura, Watanabe-mura in Osaka and will clarify a gap between concrete image and social conscious towards discriminated people in early-modern period.\nWatanabe-mura was part of Shimonaniwa-mura in the late seventeenth century. Although some previous studies suggest several reconstruction of this village, there still are discussions about its spatial structure.\nWhen we compare “Yuraisho” and illustration of the landscape of the Watanabe-mura at the time when it was Shimonaniwa-mura territory, there were three main roads from north to south and the village was letter “E”-shaped with four machi, and two machi were later added to the south part of the village.\nThese landscapes had influence over Genroku-period when the village was later removed to Kizumura territory.\nSeveral studies already pointed out that there were several unnatural special features in maintaining the machi-community of Shimonanba-mura.\nNevertheless, Watanabe-mura has been united as machi before and after the relocation, and it is known that the existence of community had impact on its landscape.\nHowever, according to a map made during early-modern period the Hankou-Osakazu “Zoushuu kaisei sesshuu Osaka chizu”, renown as the largest and most detailed map showing curves of complicated roads, Watanabe-mura is only shown as “Eta-mura” (discriminated village), only under its social status, and there is no name of the village.\nThe map drawer must have had certain criteria in sorting out this information.\nMaps are made to meet the needs of the most expected users. Therefore, abbreviated information was considered as unnecessary information.\nIn other words, the town name Kizu-mura is necessary, but Watanabe-mura does not need to show its name but just show its social status as Eta-mura and that the existence of a town community.\nIt is suggested that from analyzing the sorted out information in the illustrated map, we can understand the social views towards the discriminated people in early-modern Osaka.","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_10002_description_6":{"attribute_name":"内容記述","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"一部非公開情報あり","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_heading_23":{"attribute_name":"見出し","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"[共同研究] 歴史展示における「異文化」表象の基礎的研究","subitem_heading_language":"ja"},{"subitem_heading_banner_headline":"[Collaborative Research] Representation of Different Cultures in History Exhibits","subitem_heading_language":"en"}]},"item_10002_identifier_registration":{"attribute_name":"ID登録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_identifier_reg_text":"10.15024/00001536","subitem_identifier_reg_type":"JaLC"}]},"item_10002_publisher_8":{"attribute_name":"出版者","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_publisher":"国立歴史民俗博物館","subitem_publisher_language":"ja"}]},"item_10002_relation_17":{"attribute_name":"関連サイト","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_relation_name":[{"subitem_relation_name_text":"第140集 収録論文 タイトルリスト"}],"subitem_relation_type_id":{"subitem_relation_type_id_text":"https://www.rekihaku.ac.jp/outline/publication/ronbun/ronbun6/index.html#no140","subitem_relation_type_select":"URI"}}]},"item_10002_source_id_11":{"attribute_name":"書誌レコードID","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"AN00377607","subitem_source_identifier_type":"NCID"}]},"item_10002_source_id_9":{"attribute_name":"ISSN","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_source_identifier":"0286-7400","subitem_source_identifier_type":"PISSN"}]},"item_10002_version_type_20":{"attribute_name":"著者版フラグ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_version_resource":"http://purl.org/coar/version/c_970fb48d4fbd8a85","subitem_version_type":"VoR"}]},"item_creator":{"attribute_name":"著者","attribute_type":"creator","attribute_value_mlt":[{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"村上, 紀夫","creatorNameLang":"ja"},{"creatorName":"ムラカミ, ノリオ","creatorNameLang":"ja-Kana"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"3867","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]},{"creatorNames":[{"creatorName":"Murakami, Norio","creatorNameLang":"en"}],"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"3868","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}]}]},"item_files":{"attribute_name":"ファイル情報","attribute_type":"file","attribute_value_mlt":[{"accessrole":"open_date","date":[{"dateType":"Available","dateValue":"2016-04-01"}],"displaytype":"detail","filename":"kenkyuhokoku_140_03.pdf","filesize":[{"value":"2.7 MB"}],"format":"application/pdf","licensetype":"license_note","mimetype":"application/pdf","url":{"label":"kenkyuhokoku_140_03.pdf","url":"https://rekihaku.repo.nii.ac.jp/record/1553/files/kenkyuhokoku_140_03.pdf"},"version_id":"8f15f00a-e8e3-4520-b5e5-b61e6988906e"}]},"item_language":{"attribute_name":"言語","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_language":"jpn"}]},"item_resource_type":{"attribute_name":"資源タイプ","attribute_value_mlt":[{"resourcetype":"departmental bulletin paper","resourceuri":"http://purl.org/coar/resource_type/c_6501"}]},"item_title":"渡辺村の構造について : 絵図と被差別民(第Ⅰ部 資料にみる「異文化」)","item_titles":{"attribute_name":"タイトル","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_title":"渡辺村の構造について : 絵図と被差別民(第Ⅰ部 資料にみる「異文化」)","subitem_title_language":"ja"},{"subitem_title":"The Structure of Watanabe-mura : Illustrations and Discriminated People (Part I.
