{"created":"2023-05-15T14:46:47.242047+00:00","id":1847,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"a2491004-836c-4a0c-a610-75540b6fdf3e"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"1847","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"1847"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:rekihaku.repo.nii.ac.jp:00001847","sets":["21:187"]},"author_link":["4408","4409"],"control_number":"1847","item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-12-28","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"28","bibliographicPageStart":"1","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"160","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"国立歴史民俗博物館研究報告","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the National Museum of Japanese History","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"藤原京は，わが国はじめての条坊制を導入した都城といわれている。そして，その造営にあたっては，複雑な経過があったことが，『日本書紀』の記述や近年の発掘調査から明らかとなりつつある。ここでは，条坊制のもっとも基本となる要素である条坊がいつ施工されたのかについて，具体的な発掘調査をもとに検討を加えた。\nその結果，もっとも遡る条坊施工から，もっとも新しい条坊施工まで20～30年の年代幅があることが明らかとなった。もっとも遡る条坊施工は，天武５年（676）の天武による「新城」の造営に対応することは問題ないとして，もっとも新しく施工された条坊がどういった性格のものであるのかをあらためて検討した。それは，もっとも新しく施工された条坊の施工年代が，明らかに藤原宮期まで下がるからである。\nこの事実について，藤原京は大きな都城であるから単なる造営段階の工程差とも解釈は可能であろう。しかし，ここでは，あらためて藤原京の造営過程，そして，発掘調査で確認される実態としての藤原京を検討していくなかで，大宝元年（701）に制定・公布された大宝令による改作・再整備の可能性を指摘した。それは，もともと王宮・王都のかたちには，その時々の支配システムが如実に反映されているという考古学からの王宮・王都研究の基本原則にもとづく。この原則にたつかぎり，藤原京は天武・持統朝の造営であり，持統３年（689）に班賜された浄御原令の政治形態を反映した都とみなくてはならない。そして，大宝元年の大宝令の制定・公布により，もともとから存在する藤原京と新しい法令との間に齟齬が生じることとなり，その対応策として，改作・再整備がおこなわれたと考えた。また，『続日本紀』慶雲元年（704）の記事も，そのような文脈の中においてはじめて解釈が可能ではないかと考えた。\nいずれにしても，これまでの藤原京の研究は，大宝令を前提に，その京域などの研究が進められてきた。しかし，藤原京の造営は，それを遡ることは確実であり，その前提こそ見直さなければならないのではないかと問題提起をおこなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"Fujiwara-kyo was the capital city that introduced the first Jobo system in Japan. Its construction process was complicated according to the description of “Nihon Shoki (The Chronicles of Japan) ” and the recent excavation findings. This article analyzes when Jobo was constructed to create the foundation of the Jobo system.\nAnalysis of the result revealed that there is a range of 20 to 30 years in the construction of Jobo. There is no doubt that the earliest construction of Jobo indicates the start of the construction of Fujiwara-kyo.
