{"created":"2023-05-15T14:46:02.352458+00:00","id":947,"links":{},"metadata":{"_buckets":{"deposit":"f23ce221-9205-45a3-9fb1-a06824bd781f"},"_deposit":{"created_by":3,"id":"947","owners":[3],"pid":{"revision_id":0,"type":"depid","value":"947"},"status":"published"},"_oai":{"id":"oai:rekihaku.repo.nii.ac.jp:00000947","sets":["21:113"]},"author_link":["2601","2602"],"control_number":"947","item_10002_biblio_info_7":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2000-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"59","bibliographicPageStart":"39","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"84","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"国立歴史民俗博物館研究報告","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"},{"bibliographic_title":"Bulletin of the National Museum of Japanese History","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_19":{"attribute_name":"フォーマット","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"application/pdf","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"近年、古代東北史研究は北海道や東北アジア地域との交流を視野に入れたことによって大きな進展をみせた。とくに、それらの地域と直接的な関係をもつ出羽国研究の重要性が増す。ただし、出羽国とはいっても現在の山形・秋田二県にまたがる領域のなかの各地域の特質には異なる部分がある。庄内と秋田は同じ日本海沿岸の一地域であるが、律令制下において異なる位置づけをされる部分があった。本稿は、秋田を中心に、この二つの地域的特質の差異を明瞭にすることによって、律令国家の出羽経営の意義を明らかにするものである。\n七世紀後半の段階では、庄内は越後から陸つづきに面を北に拡大したところにあったのに対し、秋田は越後から津軽、ときには北海道までのなかの一拠点として位置づけられていた。このような拠点的支配拡大策は東北辺境のなかでも日本海側の地域に特徴的にみられ、交通手段としては海路の利用が多かった。八世紀になると、越後以北の地域では、拠点的支配と面的支配の二つが組み合わせられる形で国郡設置や城柵造営がおこなわれた。和銅年間に出羽郡・出羽柵そして出羽国が設置され、庄内に律令国家の蝦狄政策の中心となる施設が集中する。\nところが、天平五年（七三三）、出羽柵が秋田村高清水岡に遷置されると、東山道陸奥方面から秋田への面的拡大が図られるようになる。天平九年（七三七）に陸奥国多賀城から秋田に至る内陸直路の開拓を計画、天平宝字三年（七五九）に雄勝・平鹿二郡の設置とともに道路も開通すると、秋田は最短の陸上交通路によって陸奥国府と結ばれることになる。これは秋田が北方交流の要衝にあたるためにとられた政策であると考えられる。この段階で秋田は、北方・北陸道（越後）・東山道（陸奥）からのそれぞれルートの結節点に位置することになり、律令国家にとって秋田は庄内とは異なる意味をもつ地域となる。宝亀年間以降、秋田は支配しにくいということが問題になり、九世紀には出羽国の行政の中心は庄内に移ってゆくが、以上のような庄内と秋田の地域的特質の相違とその変遷は、列島内の地理的位置に加えて東北アジアを含む北方交流・政府の東北経営方針の三つの要素がからみあって生じたものであったと考えられる。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"},{"subitem_description":"The study on the Dewa region is essential for investigating the ancient history of Tohoku area as it has a close relationship with Hokkaido and northeastern Asia. The Dewa region comprises of two different areas, Shounai and Akita. This paper examines the character of the two areas and discusses the administration of Dewa under the ritsuryo legislation.\nShounai was considered to be the northernmost territory and Akita was a frontier post on route to Hokkaido at the end of the seventh century. The central government started to construct local administrative offices and forted government offices in northern Japan in the eighth century. The county office, the fort, and the province office were located in the Dewa region and anti-emishi facilities were centered especially in the Shounai area.\nAfter the Dewa fort moved to the Akita in Tenpyo 5, the importance of the Akita administration increased. The construction of road from the Taga fort of the Mutsu province to the Akita was planned in Tenpyo 9. The road was opened in Tenpyohouji 3, and two counties were newly established in the Akita area. Akita became a strategic place as it connected to the north, Echigo and Mutsu by the roads.\nThe administration of the Akita area was difficult due to its geographical factor. Thus, the political center of the Dewa province had gradually shifted to the Shounai area in the ninth century.
