| 内容記述 | 日本統治時代，台湾先住民族に対する宗教政策において，彼らが「祖先崇拝」をするという点が日本人との共通性として強調された時期があった。しかし当時は一部の人類学的な調査を除いて，台湾先住民族の祖先崇拝に注目しても，具体的に個々の民族の祖先がどの範囲を指すのかという点について，詳細な調査はほとんどなされなかった。本稿では台湾先住民族のひとつ，アミ族の宗教儀礼をとおして，祖先の範囲を明らかにすることを目的とする。 アミ族の親族論では，その氏族制と母系制が注目されてきた。特にアミ族は母系制かという点が論議の対象となってきた。そうした中，本稿で取り上げる南勢アミは，その両点が明確にみられないという点から，戦後の一時期を除いて人類学的調査があまりおこなわれなかった地域である。また，かつてアミ族村落に広く存在していたが，現在ほとんどいなくなってしまったシカワサイと呼ばれる宗教的職能者が，一部の村落ではあるが，現在も活動がみられる地域でもある。本稿ではこうした地域的，対象的に収集資料が少ない宗教的な側面からアミ族の祖先の範囲を提示し，アミ族の祖先について考えていく。具体的には，まず個性ある死者と祖先との時間的な推移について取り上げ，次に儀礼依頼者と儀礼で呼ばれる祖先の関係について明らかにする。またアミ族では現在，漢人式の祭壇や位牌を設定する者が増えているが，その際，漢人的な位牌の受容とアミ族的な祖先の関係にも注目する。以上のことをとおして，アミ族の祖先に関する資料提示することで，今後のアミ族親族論の発展のための基礎的な作業をおこなう。 |

| 内容記述 | During the period of Japanese rule over Taiwan, in religious policy on the aborigines, it was emphasized at one time that they were in common with the Japanese in “ancestor worship”. However, at that time, there were few detailed researches on their ancestor worship except a few anthropological researches, in the point how far the ancestors of each tribe definitely meant. This paper aims to clarify the extent of ancestors through the investigation of religious rites of the Amis tribe, one of the aborigines in Taiwan. In the discussion of kinship of the Amis tribe, the clan system and the maternal system have attracted attention. The main point of discussion is whether the Amis tribe has the maternal system or not. The area where this paper deals with does not show distinct trace of either the clan nor the maternal system, so this area has not been fully researched anthropologically except a short period after the Second World War. In some villages of this area, we can still find the activities of si-kawas-ay, the religious functionary, who used to be in common existence in the villages of the Amis tribe, but has been almost extinct now. This paper tries to define the extent of ancestors of the Amis tribe in order to consider on ancestors, from the religious point of view in which not many materials of this area have not been collected. First in this paper, temporal transition of a dead person with a remarkable personality to an ancestor is discussed. Then, the relation between a person who requests a ritual and an ancestor invoked by the ritual is clarified. Recently among the Amis tribe families, more and more Chinese style altars and mortuary tablets have been set up, so the reception of Chinese family memorial tablets and the relation of the Amis tribe ancestors attract attention. This paper tries to be a basis for developing the kinship discussion of the Amis tribe with the presentation of the materials on the Amis tribe ancestors through the above discussion. |
