| 内容記述 | 本稿は，世界遺産に登録されたことを契機に，古くからある日本有数の神社の一つである春日大社の内部から，春日大社にとって新しい宗教文化が生まれ，根付いていった過程を明らかにしたものである。 春日大社では，世界遺産に登録されたことをきっかけに，歴史的に長らく春日信仰における重要な聖地でありつづけ，一般人の入山が禁じられ続けてきた春日山に，神社の神職が案内しながら，一般人が登拝する活動がスタートした。これが春日山錬成会の原型である。この活動は2009年で10周年を迎えた。 登拝ルートや登拝形式は，史実をもとに，現在の春日大社の神職により構成された。 春日山錬成会の参加者は，今まで春日信仰と縁が深かった血縁や地縁による社会集団に属す人々ではなく，今まで春日大社と縁がなかった人々に多い。そしてそのほとんどが，個人的な関心事から個人単位で参加する。 現在の春日山錬成会の状況をみると，リピーターになる人々が多くみられ，28回という参加回数を持つ人もいる。その要因の一つとして，参加者の聖なるものを希求する気持ちを満たすものが，春日山錬成会にあるからだと推測される。 春日山錬成会が行う，聖地春日山を登拝する活動は，世界遺産の理念とも共通するものがあった。そして，春日大社に今まで縁のなかった人々のうち，聖なるものを希求する人々に受容され，今後も続いていくと予想される。 |

| 内容記述 | This article explains the process of the birth and the establishment of a new religious culture born from the inside of Kasuga Taisha Shrine, one of Japan's most famous and well-established Shinto shrines, after its registration as a World Heritage site. Mt. Kasugayama had continued to be a sacred place historically important for the cult of Kasuga for many years and ordinary people were forbidden to climb it. After it became a World Heritage site, Kasuga Taisha Shrine started the Mt. Kasugayama climbing activity guided by Shinto priests for ordinary people. This is the origin of Kasugayama Renseikai. This activity marked its 10th anniversary in 2009. The climbing route and manner were organized by the current Shinto priests of Kasuga Taisha Shrine based on the historical facts. The participants of Kasugayama Renseikai do not belong to any social groups united by blood or territorial ties with people who have had a deep connection with the cult of Kasuga. Many of them have not had a connection with Kasuga Taisha Shrine. Most of them participate in the activity individually based on their personal interest. For the situation of the current Kasugayama Renseikai, many people participate in the activity repeatedly, and some of them have participated in the activity 28 times. One of the presumable reasons is that Kasugayama Renseikai satisfies the feelings of participants who aspire to the spiritual. The sacred Mt. Kasugayama climbing activity organized by Kasugayama Renseikai has something in common with the philosophy of World Heritage. This activity will continue into the future while being accepted by people who have not had a connection with Kasuga Taisha Shrine but aspire to the spiritual. |
