| 内容記述 | 一四世紀末～一五世紀中葉における高野山金剛峯寺の同寺領膝下諸庄園に対する「大検注」とそれに基づく「分田・分畠・在家支配」については、これまで多くの貴重な研究が積み重ねられてきた。けれども、従来の当該研究においては、金剛峯寺の「分田・分畠・在家支配（＝寺僧や庄官らに対する供料地等の配分）」システムと、それと対を成すはずの同寺の「年貢・公事収納」システムとが十分に峻別されていない。 本稿は、かかる問題意識に立って、一四世紀末期における金剛峯寺の同寺領紀伊国官省符庄に対する「分田・分畠・在家支配」システムの構築過程、及びその在り方を史料的に再確認することを目的とする研究ノートである。 本稿での検討を通じて明らかになった最大の論点は、現存する官省符庄関係史料による限り、応永元～同三年（一三九四～九六）の同庄に対する「大検注のやり直しとそれに伴う支配体制の再構築」において、金剛峯寺側が村ごとの「名寄帳」を主体的に作成した形跡がまったくない、という点である。このことは、村ごとの「名寄帳」の作成作業が（もしそのような作業が行われたとすれば）村々の「名主」をはじめとする人びとによって遂行された可能性のあることを示唆していよう。またそのような「名寄帳」〔＝庄家の（年貢等収取を目的とした）「名寄帳」〕の作成作業は、金剛峯寺側の「検注目録」類の作成作業、及び「分田・分畠・在家各支配帳」〔＝いわば寺家の（年貢等配分を目的とした）「名寄帳」群〕の作成作業と同時併行的に行われた可能性のあることをも暗示していよう。 |

| 内容記述 | At great deal of valuable research has been conducted into the daikenchu (major land surveys) of shoen under Kongobu-ji temple on Mount Koya at the end of the 14th Century and the mid-15th Century, and on the bunden / bunbata / zaike-shihai based on the surveys. However, the research to date has not made a sufficient distinction between the Kongobu-ji's bunden / bunbata / zaike-shihai system (system for allocation of payments to monks and other shoen officials) and the annual tributes and levies that should have been paid in respect of that income. This paper starts with an awareness of that issue, and examines the process of construction of and approach taken for the bunden / bunbata / zaike-shihai system for Kongobu-ji's Kinokuni Kanshofu-sho at the end of the 14th Century for the purpose of reconfirming the historical records, and presents the findings as a research note. The largest topic that emerged clearly through the investigations in this paper is that as far as can be seen from the existing historical records relating to the Kanshofu-sho, in the “Repeat of the Daikenchu and associated reconfiguration of the control system” for Kanshofu-sho for the period from Oei 1 to Oei 3 (1394-1396), there is no evidence at all of the Kongobu-ji side having autonomously make nayose-cho census lists for each of the villages. This indicates the possibility that the work of making the nayose-cho was performed by the myoshu and other people. Furthermore, this also implies the possibility that the work of compiling the nayose-cho (the nayose-cho used for the purpose of collecting tributes, etc.) and the work of compiling the Kenchu lists by the Kongobu-ji side, and the work of compiling the bunden / bunbata / zaike-shihai lists (the “nayose-cho” for the purpose of distributing tributes, etc.) were carried out in parallel. |
